Server Role at ClubCorp

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at ClubCorp. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our Members and guests, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to the Club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and personalized service to Members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Have complete knowledge of the menu, including food, beverages, and wine options, to make informed recommendations and answer questions.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and a positive experience for all guests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to ClubCorp's high standards of quality and service.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing exceptional service to Members and guests.
