About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at BlueSprig. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional behavior treatment services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) based therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 behavior treatment services to patients and families, working closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to reach individualized goals.
  • Teach clients with autism communication, social, and self-help skills in individual or small group settings.
  • Collect data to monitor progress and provide regular written and verbal updates on treatment goals.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, including confidentiality and mandated reporting standards.
  • Maintain social distancing, safety, and enhanced protective hygiene practices.

  • Experience working in crisis situations, including severe aggression, self-injurious behavior, and property destruction.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
