Cashier Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cashier Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cashier Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

• Provide excellent member service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, and ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed and priced.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet sales and customer service goals.
• Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure that the sales floor is visually appealing and well-stocked.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
