Frontline Cashier Associate

We are seeking a skilled Frontline Cashier to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Frontline Cashier, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our members.

• Provide top-notch customer service by greeting and thanking members, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the checkout area and surrounding environment.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet customer needs and achieve sales goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer complaints, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

• Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a cash handling role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly and safely in a warehouse environment.
