Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Familiarizing themselves with QuickBooks software
- Managing records and information systems
- Planning and maintaining work facilities and resources
- Providing administrative support to senior management team members
- Fostering effective cross-departmental communication
- Performing various office tasks, including supply management, mail distribution, and custodial duties
