About You

  • You will have a minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing and a current license to practice nursing in the state where you reside.
  • With a strong background in patient care and management experience, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned hospice site, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services.
  • Able to demonstrate empathy and understanding, you will communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee clinical and administrative functions, including record-keeping and quality assurance.
  • Develop and implement patient-centered care plans, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support services.
