We provide a continuum of services for most ages and needs, designed to meet the complex needs of each individual. Our programs create a continuum of services that are able to meet the needs of children, adults, and families through an integrated care model.

Job Title: Therapist

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 annually, depending on education, experience, and licensure.

This is a 40-hour full-time benefitted position, which includes some evenings required.

Responsibilities
  • Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work services to consumers and families.
  • Plans for discharge and aftercare.
  • Maintains contact with referring agencies and related people, and with community resources used for referral.
  • Maintains treatment records.
  • Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to any age-related needs of the consumers served.
  • The individual demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development appropriate to the consumer population served.
  • Must be able to assess and interpret data about the consumers status in order to identify each consumers needs and provide the appropriate care, including age-related care, needed by the consumer group.
Qualifications
  • MSW from an accredited school of social work or Master's degree in a related human service field with at least one year of experience required. License required, if applicable.
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency-owned vehicle.
  • Must be able to travel to and between programs when necessary.
  • Must be able to work under required deadlines and schedules, while being flexible to special requests and projects.
  • Must be able to professionally handle stressful situations.
