  • Facilities Management: Maintain the property and recommend purchasing of production materials to ensure optimal facility operations.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and provide financial insights to inform business decisions.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead staff, safety, and shift meetings to ensure clear communication and alignment with company goals.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Maintain ongoing correspondence and communication with other departments to ensure seamless operations and collaboration.
Requirements:
  • Hands-on Experience: Proven experience working with floor members and a strong understanding of plant operations.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Process Improvement and Lean Manufacturing: Strong skills in process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Technical Savvy: Tech-savvy and open to growing and developing in a dynamic environment.
Compensation and Benefits:

Salary Range: $100k-$115k
