Job DescriptionAre you a skilled assembler with a passion for building and creating? Do you have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assembly Technician to join our team at Around the Clock Services.

About the Role

As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of products, including bikes, grills, and furniture, for our retail clients. You will work in a fast-paced environment, using your mechanical skills and attention to detail to ensure that all products are assembled to the highest standard.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble products to customer specifications
  • Use a variety of tools and equipment, including cordless drill guns and basic hand tools
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Read and execute assembly instructions, assembly drawings, and procedure manuals
  • Operate a computer to check schedules and update manufacturing status of jobs
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth production

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines
