Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team at University Hospital in Madison, WI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care to adults and pediatrics with burns and wounds in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Participate in the development and execution of unit-based initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient flow.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of WI or eligibility for licensure.
  • Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience or current participant in UW Health's Nurse Residency Program.
  • Preferred: Relevant RN experience and certifications such as ACLS and PALS.
