  • Design and implement career development strategies, including training plans agreed upon with team members.
  • Ensure team members receive adequate coaching and training in engineering and technical fields.
  • Generate resource forecasts for all projects, both short-term and long-term.
  • Recruit new electrical engineers in line with resource forecasts in collaboration with management.
  • Maintain an effective team structure for all ongoing projects.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to the electrical work plan.
  • Establish and maintain standards for electrical design and verification documentation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the electrical development process.
  • Supervise multiple project developments and deliveries using the electrical work product delivery matrix.
  • Lead responses to urgent solution requests from internal and external stakeholders as necessary.
  • Foster collaboration with other engineering disciplines and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  • Stay informed about legal risks related to human resources and ensure all team members receive relevant training.
  • Encourage team members to conduct thorough analyses of engineering issues and document lessons learned.
  • Promote a culture of independent work among team members while encouraging mutual support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in automotive-related or equivalent electrical/electronics production design.
