Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Auction Title Clerk to join our team at AutoNation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for preparing and processing title documents for vehicles sold at our auctions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit title documents to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Verify and enter fees associated with vehicle sales, ensuring compliance with DMV regulations.
  • Process and maintain vehicle jackets, ensuring all necessary documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Coordinate with buyers to ensure timely delivery of title documents and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Stay up-to-date with DMV laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all title processing activities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of experience in a dealership or auction environment preferred.
  • Previous title and DMV experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of DMV laws and regulations required.
