Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Universal Associate to join our team at CNB Bank. As a key member of our banking team, you will provide exceptional client service and support to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to clients, responding to their needs and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist clients with account opening, maintenance, and consumer lending, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities to promote digital banking channels and products.
  • Stay up-to-date on banking products and services, providing expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; related experience and secondary education preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Basic math skills and ability to accurately process transactions.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to attend training sessions and seminars.
