This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care during their recovery from fertility treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clinical Leadership: Direct nursing care within the PACU, ensuring that all patient needs are met efficiently.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with physicians and medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.
  • Patient Management: Assess and manage the care of IVF patients, providing guidance and support to nursing staff.
  • Operational Oversight: Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the recovery area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
