Job Overview

ProCare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team as a Virtual SLP. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for conducting virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations, developing and implementing personalized therapy plans for students, and collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to provide the best care possible.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual speech and language assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and develop effective therapy plans.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans for students, incorporating evidence-based practices and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Keep detailed records of student progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and support to families and caregivers to empower them to support their child's communication development.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Current California SLP license.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders.
  • Experience providing virtual therapy services is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, families, and colleagues.
Highlights
  • 1099 Position with guaranteed weekly hours.
  • Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours/planning periods ($35-$50).
  • School hours with a clinical/technical team on standby for support.
