Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Enterprise Data & Analytics

GSK is a global biopharma company with a mission to unite science, technology, and talent to get ahead of disease together. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our Enterprise Data & Analytics platform, driving innovation and decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Enterprise Data & Analytics platform, aligning with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and analytics, to design and deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Own the product backlog, prioritizing features and requirements to drive business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead project conversations to gain alignment on business and technical outcomes, establishing the right forum to bring together subject matter experts for an aligned outcome.
  • Drive alignment and provide input to the Enterprise Data & Analytics Roadmap and Strategy.
  • Utilize JIRA to manage the backlog of work and Confluence for documentation around engagements.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in Product/Project Management, with a focus on data platforms and analytics.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading the execution of complex projects, demonstrating strong project management execution.
  • Understanding of Gen AI/LLM technologies and how they integrate with data platforms to drive business value.
  • Deploying and maintaining enterprise-wide data platforms and analytics tooling.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
