Speech-Language Pathologist Opportunity in Maryland Heights, MO

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Maryland Heights, MO. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by developing and implementing individualized therapy plans to address speech and language disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Therapy Services: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students' needs and create effective treatment plans.
  • Direct Therapy: Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices to enhance communication skills.
  • IEP Development: Work with educators, families, and other professionals to develop and review Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and outcomes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • MO State Licensure: Valid Speech-Language Pathology license in Missouri.
  • Educational Background: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLP CCC or CF; Bachelors in Speech Pathology or related field for SLPA.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in a school setting preferred, though enthusiastic candidates eager to make an impact are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for supporting student success.
