RN Clinical Coordinator Emergency Room Specialist

Our Emergency Department is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients. As a Clinical RN Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical and department activities, ensuring that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards. You will act as a liaison between physicians and patient care teams, maintaining communication and promoting cooperation with unit staff and other departments.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate clinical and department activities
- Ensure that care is delivered to each patient in accordance with quality standards
- Act as a liaison between physicians and patient care teams
- Maintain communication and promote cooperation with unit staff and other departments
Requirements:
- Kansas RN License required
- Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RN's
- BLS from the American Heart Association required within 8 weeks from hire
- ALCS from the American Heart Association required within six months of hire
- PALS from the American Heart Association or ENPC required within six months of hire
- NIHSS required within six months of hire
- TNCC required within six months of hire
- Emergency Room RN experience preferred
- One year RN experience
- Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
