About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Surgical Technologist PRN to join our team at Corpus Christi Medical Center. As a Surgical Technologist PRN, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist physicians with instruments during surgical procedures
  • Meet Standards of Practice, manage supplies and equipment, and maintain proper inventory of instruments
  • Coordinate instrumentation and surgical supplies, and assist in surgical suite preparation for various surgical cases
Requirements
  • Graduate of a Surgical Technology program or military equivalent training in the Surgical Technologist role
  • Certification in Surgical Technology or verifiable Surgical Tech experience prior to 9/1/2009
  • Current BCLS certification from the American Heart Association
  • 1 year of Surgical Technologist experience preferred
