The Project Development Engineer plays a crucial role in overseeing designated client projects from the moment the purchase order is received through the stages of process enhancement, validation, and production. This position entails full ownership of projects, which includes establishing timelines, managing and fulfilling project scope, meeting deadlines, and ensuring effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project management efforts by creating detailed schedules and tracking progress.
- Identify and mitigate risks while providing solutions to challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate change requests and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Uphold the core values of Nissha Medical Technologies through a commitment to continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with relevant experience:
- A minimum of three years of practical engineering experience.
- At least three years of proven project management experience.
- Three years of demonstrated experience in validation processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of resins and other materials.
- Understanding of precision manufacturing techniques.
- Experience with injection molding processes.
- Familiarity with injection mold tooling.
- Proficient in 3D CAD software and understanding of injection mold tooling design.
- Ability to read and interpret part drawings.
- Demonstrated capability in analyzing metrology and physical testing data.
- Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of ISO13485 standards and requirements.
- Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE) methodologies.
- A strong commitment to integrity and ethical standards that align with Nissha's core values.
