Job Overview

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team as a Healthcare Facility Surveyor. This is a unique opportunity to work with a Quality Improvement Consulting Company, supporting internal and external customers nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct surveys and evaluations of healthcare facilities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and implement effective survey strategies to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide expert guidance and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in long-term care accreditation.
  • Communicate survey results and recommendations to facility administrators and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work or related field.
  • Successful completion of CMS's Long-Term Care Basic Training and SMQT certification.
  • At least two years of recent experience working as a surveyor accrediting or certifying facilities that serve the residents of long-term care facilities.
  • Current licensure to practice as an LCSW.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time on a regular basis.
