Responsibilities

  • Equipment Maintenance
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Guest Room Maintenance
    • Perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms, including vinyl repair, touch-up painting, and minor furniture repair.
    • Ensure guest rooms are clean and well-maintained, meeting our high standards.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
    • Monitor energy conservation and report any issues to the Front Desk.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Education
    • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications
    • Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) is preferred.
  • Other
    • Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
    • Must have an acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property-specific.
