Your Responsibilities as a Retail Sales Representative:
  • Greet and acknowledge customers upon entry
  • Adhere to company policies and cash handling procedures
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Operate cash registers efficiently
  • Assist customers in product selection and answer inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of store layout and offerings
  • Report pricing and inventory issues to management
  • Support security measures within the store
  • Restock merchandise as needed
  • Notify management of out-of-stock items
  • Keep the store clean and organized
  • Assist with inventory management tasks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury retail sales
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements
  • Prior experience with cash register operations
