Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our People Services team. As a trusted advisor and strategic partner, you'll drive business results by ensuring that our PS activities align with our culture, values, and mission. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and develop strategies to support the needs of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure alignment between PS activities and DaVita's culture, values, and mission
  • Partner with corporate PS functions to deliver positive business results
  • Develop and implement strategies to support the needs of the business
  • Maintain adherence to PS policies and compliance with Teammate Relations findings and action plans
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need at least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role, with a strong understanding of HR principles and practices. You'll also possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
