Job SummaryGEORGIA COMMUNITY SUPPORT AND SOLUTIONS DBA is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide nursing oversight to Crisis Support Homes in Hampton and/or Floyd Counties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing oversight to Crisis Support Homes, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Direct supervision of Lead LPNs, including training and disciplinary actions.
- Conduct regular site visits to provide supervision and support to Lead nurses.
- Co-facilitate Quarterly Staff Meetings and Admissions/Discharge Planning meetings.
- Review and sign off on LPN notes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- On-call for staffing crisis home coverage, ensuring adequate staffing.
- Collaborate with Director of Crisis Support Services to ensure efficient home management.
- Consult with Director of Nursing to discuss and resolve current issues.
Registered Nurse with experience in crisis response and nursing oversight. Strong leadership and communication skills required.
