Abrazo Arrowhead Campus is seeking a skilled RN Manager to lead our PreOp PACU team. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of nurses, ensuring excellent patient care and adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
- Participate in budgeting and financial planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost management.
- Recruit, train, and develop nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona.
- Minimum three years of relevant clinical nursing experience, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Two years of management/supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
- Certifications such as CCRN, PCCN, or RN-BC (desired).
