Alternative Living Concepts is seeking a dedicated Residential Advisor to join our team. As a Residential Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with disabilities in a community home setting. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Providing companion support to individuals with disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being
* Ensuring the health, safety, and welfare of the individuals supported, in accordance with Chapter 6400 Regulations and Alternative Living Concepts policies
* Reporting to Alternative Living Concepts supervisor and attending general staff meetings
* Completing documentation as required, including individual's Community Life Plans and activity records
**Requirements:**
* High School Diploma or equivalent required; associate's, bachelor's, or master's degree preferred
* At least 18 years of age; must be able to pass medication administration tests and obtain a driver's license
* Must pass a drug test and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality care and support
