Job Responsibilities:

As a Plastics Lead Supervisor/Foreman, your primary responsibilities will include overseeing all facets of our plastics production line.

Key Duties:
  • Managing daily production operations to meet manufacturing goals.
  • Supervising and coordinating the production team's activities.
  • Ensuring safe and efficient operation of all production machinery, including blow molding equipment.
  • Monitoring production processes and making necessary adjustments to uphold product quality and operational efficiency.
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives to boost production quality, efficiency, and safety standards.
  • Overseeing the proper handling, storage, and disposal of raw materials and waste.
  • Training, mentoring, and developing team members to ensure they possess the skills required for their roles.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve production challenges and implement effective solutions.
  • Ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations and standards, particularly health and safety protocols.
  • Conducting regular inspections of the production area to identify and rectify potential issues.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
  • A minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in the plastics manufacturing sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise with blow molding machines, production, manufacturing processes, material handling, continuous improvement, and quality control.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
