**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality and efficiency, and driving continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Team Leadership**: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve high-quality production and meet production targets.
  • **Process Improvement**: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.
  • **Quality Assurance**: Ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • **Production Planning**: Plan and coordinate production schedules, including resource allocation and inventory management.
  • **Safety and Compliance**: Ensure that all production activities are conducted in a safe and compliant manner, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • **Training and Development**: Provide training and development opportunities to production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • **Communication**: Communicate effectively with production staff, other departments, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
  • **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required; education in HACCP (Food Safety) and Food Quality preferred.
  • **Skills**: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to learn all production lines, and proficiency in food safety and quality principles.
