Key Responsibilities- Collect and analyze patient data to inform nursing assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions
- Provide direct care to assigned patients, prioritizing their needs and ensuring timely interventions
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes, revising plans of care as needed to optimize patient safety and satisfaction
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency of care
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Two years of experience as a registered nurse
- Current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in South Carolina
