Host Job Description

At Isaac's Restaurant, we're looking for a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team. As a Host, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their dining experience. Your role will be to ensure that every guest feels valued and cared for, from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets guests upon arrival and escorts them to their table
  • Manages seating requests and balances customer flow among service stations
  • Accurately handles guest check payment and cash transactions
  • Provides menus and informs guests of their server's name
  • Ensures the dining room is clean and well-maintained

Requirements:

  • Some high school education
  • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand English
  • Good communication skills and ability to work with others
  • Ability to make decisions and solve problems rapidly and fairly
