Job Summary

VNA Health Group is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Home Health team in Ridgefield Park, New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess clients for speech and language therapy needs, developing and implementing personalized plans of action in collaboration with physicians.
  • Document all changes in clients' conditions and update care plans and outcomes accordingly.
  • Identify counseling needs and plan effective teaching strategies.
  • Monitor the quality and appropriateness of services provided.
  • Adhere to agency infection control and safety policies.
  • Meet the organization's policy regarding absenteeism and appearance.
Requirements
  • Licensed Speech-Language pathologist with CCC-SLP certification and Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • 2-3 years of prior clinical experience and community-based experience preferred.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid NJ driver's license.
