POSITION OVERVIEW:
The Sanitation Specialist is responsible for maintaining cleanliness across assigned locations in a thorough and efficient manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Must be honest, reliable, self-motivated, and committed to the values and mission of Birch Tree Communities
  • Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities effectively

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash disposal for designated areas
  • Conduct inspections of all areas to ensure cleanliness
  • Identify and report health and safety concerns to the supervisor
  • Request cleaning supplies as necessary
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Ensure proper storage of all housekeeping and cleaning supplies
  • Maintain regular and punctual attendance
  • Work in a state of constant alertness and in a safe manner
  • Carry out any other related duties as assigned
