The Medicus Healthcare Solutions team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Licensing Coordinator to join our Licensing Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our physicians through the licensing application process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaison between Physicians and State Licensing Boards: Act as a liaison between our physicians and state licensing boards to ensure a smooth and efficient licensing process.
  • Application Process Support: Assist physicians with the application process to licensure, including the collection of required documents and follow-up with state licensing boards.
  • Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between our physicians, internal delivery teams, and state licensing boards to ensure timely and accurate updates.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physician personnel files and databases.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our physicians and internal teams through phone and email correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, including filing and scanning of physician documents.
Requirements
  • Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
