Key Responsibilities- Liaison between Physicians and State Licensing Boards: Act as a liaison between our physicians and state licensing boards to ensure a smooth and efficient licensing process.
- Application Process Support: Assist physicians with the application process to licensure, including the collection of required documents and follow-up with state licensing boards.
- Facilitate Communication: Facilitate communication between our physicians, internal delivery teams, and state licensing boards to ensure timely and accurate updates.
- Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date physician personnel files and databases.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our physicians and internal teams through phone and email correspondence.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, including filing and scanning of physician documents.
- Professional Experience: 1+ years of experience working in a professional environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
