Job Overview
Engages in repetitive assembly tasks to efficiently produce component trays containing surgical and medical items by executing the following responsibilities.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Aligns components in designated configurations.
  • Counts items for tray assembly to ensure precision.
  • Encloses component trays with appropriate coverings such as linen, table covers, and CSR wraps.
  • Operates on the assembly line where duties may shift as different models of the same product progress along the line. Adapts to various workstations as production demands change.
  • Keeps production areas tidy and organized.
  • Maintains and services production machinery and equipment.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Ability to comprehend written information in English.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including addition and subtraction.
  • Capability to stand and/or walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours daily for up to 6 days a week.
  • Proficient in repetitive hand movements.
  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 5 to over 25 pounds.
  • Experience working in a controlled sterile environment.
  • Willingness to work daily overtime (2-3 hours) regularly, up to 6 days a week.
Preferred Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in production or manufacturing settings.
