About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the production process, ensuring high-quality products and efficient operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling, organizing, and monitoring production, as well as resolving any product issues through troubleshooting and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage production schedules and workflows to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Lead a team of production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor production quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of production supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior experience with OEE, RMO, and conversion costs.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
Work Environment:
- Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating basis, 6:00 pm - 6:00 am.
- Shift pattern: 2 on, 3 off, and 3 on, 2 off.
- Based in an 80,000 square foot warehouse operating 24/7.
