Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the day-to-day operation of facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
  • Supervise and train facilities staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure the upkeep of facilities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure facilities meet the needs of our employees and customers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
