To excel as a Clinical Support Specialist, candidates should meet the following criteria:
- Current RN or LVN/LPN licensure in the state of practice.
- Valid CPR certification.
- Preferred experience in a home care environment.
- Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is advantageous.
- Understanding of professional standards, Medicare Conditions of Participation, and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Exemplary observation, nursing judgment, and communication skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to a reliable vehicle.
