Clinical Nurse Specialist

The Clinical Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a clinical environment. As a proactive and collaborative team player, you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that patients receive individualized care that meets their unique needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, identification of outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation) in the delivery of clinical care, using evidence-based practice and analytical/critical thinking to ensure that care is individualized and coordinated.
Provide relationship-based patient-centered care that is consistent with population-specific characteristics, adapting service delivery to reflect an understanding of cultural diversity.
Partner with patients and significant others, using appropriate methods for setting and achieving goals, and making patient goals the focus of the plan of care.
Practice using current clinical practice standards and coordinate the delivery and documentation of safe, quality patient care that promotes the professional care delivery model.
Requirements:
Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing with required clinical hours.
Direct patient care experience preferred.
