Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and skilled caregivers to join our team in the Watertown area. As a caregiver with Village Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while enjoying a competitive hourly rate of $17-$19, based on experience.
ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include:
- Providing assistance with ADLs, such as grooming, light housekeeping, and meal preparation
- Accompanying clients to appointments and outings
- Collecting information about client conditions and treatment plans
- Reporting any unusual incidents to nurses, doctors, and family members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior caregiving experience preferred but not required
- Current CPR Certification from the American Heart Association
- A strong commitment to adhering to health and safety standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical endurance to complete required tasks
