Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team at AXA Professionals. As a key member of our IT support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their hardware and software needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and repair of hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure hardware and software solutions to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their technical needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements to ensure our clients receive the best possible support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of related experience in desktop support or a related field.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
