Multifamily Financial Engineering Solutions Expert

Fannie Mae is a leading player in the housing industry, and we're looking for a skilled Multifamily Financial Engineering Model Advisor to join our team. As a key contributor, you'll have the opportunity to advise on the application of mathematical models, advanced tools, and financial industry knowledge to business data.
Our ideal candidate will have expertise in using statistical methods, including hypothesis testing, experimental design, and regression analysis. They will also possess strong business acumen, with experience in advising, designing business models, and interpreting customer insights.
- We're looking for someone who can communicate complex ideas effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- The successful candidate will have experience with programming languages, such as Python or R, and be skilled in cloud technologies.
As a member of our team, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere while being part of an inclusive environment that fosters growth and development.
We offer a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $176,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and other benefits.
