About the Job

We are seeking a Project Management Lead - Industrial Services to join our team at Hughes Environmental. As a Project Management Lead, you will be responsible for managing multiple industrial cleaning projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion, and exceeding customer expectations.

Our company provides a range of services, including commercial duct cleaning, ceiling and rafter cleaning, combustible dust cleaning, dry ice blasting cleaning, and facility disinfecting services. We are committed to ensuring safety by delivering solutions that provide our customers with peace of mind.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and manage multiple projects from beginning to end.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of direct work experience in a project management capacity in manufacturing/industrial facilities, construction, facility management, or fire safety industries.
  • Bachelor's degree in Production Management or Business, or PMP certification preferred, or work experience in a project management capacity may be considered in lieu of degree or certifications.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively to manage multiple jobs.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Hughes Environmental offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
