Job Overview

Channel Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from start to finish. This role requires strong project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and experience in handling Operational Excellence projects, Development projects, and CAPEX projects.

About the Role

This Project Manager will be responsible for managing contractors on site, ensuring safety performance, auditing good engineering practices, and supporting junior project engineers and maintenance with technical expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, monitor, and execute defined capital project scope, ensuring cost, timing, and quality objectives are met.
  • Track and report on project milestones and provide status reports to management, stakeholders, and customers.
  • Resolve project issues and proactively resolve problems throughout the project life cycle.
  • Participate in and lead interdisciplinary reviews on all new and existing projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical preferred)
  • At least 3 years of industry experience preferably in manufacturing project management
  • Strong project management skills and agile problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
