As the North American subsidiary of the globally recognized NETZSCH group, we are based in Exton, PA, and are known for our innovative solutions in various industries, particularly in the realm of horizontal bead mills and fine grinding technologies.
We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. This role will primarily involve traveling to customer locations (up to 80% of the time, mainly within the US and Canada) to deliver installation, start-up, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance services for our advanced equipment. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to effectively communicate with clients both in person and through various communication channels.
Qualifications:Ideal candidates will possess:
- Experience in a mechanical or hands-on role is preferred.
- Demonstrated mechanical skills or relevant technical training may substitute for formal work experience.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport.
Additionally, the following skills are highly valued:
- Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics, along with mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Experience using mechanical hand tools and electrical troubleshooting equipment.
- Willingness to travel extensively, primarily within the US and Canada, with minimal weekend travel.
