This role is essential in ensuring that customer payments are collected in accordance with established payment agreements.

This proactive position focuses on Business to Business collections while collaborating with management and Sales to provide exceptional customer service, all while striving to meet and surpass monthly targets and organizational goals.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) to align with the current monthly and yearly objectives of the organization
  • Ensure all overdue accounts are contacted while upholding agreed payment conditions
  • Assist customers in arranging payment plans for upcoming and overdue invoices
  • Facilitate the transition of accounts to ACH/Checks from credit card payments and advocate for electronic invoicing
  • Update account details to maintain accurate contact and other necessary information
  • Address any invoice discrepancies promptly to guarantee appropriate payment is received
  • Engage with field personnel to discuss any problematic accounts or situations to achieve a unified goal
