Job Title: LPN/RN Part Time

We are seeking compassionate LPN and RN professionals to join our Residential Program in Taunton and surrounding communities.

Job Summary:

This is a part-time position that requires providing premier services to medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and facilitate family visitations.
  • Distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
  • Implement de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain the safety of others.
Requirements:
  • MA state valid LPN or RN license.
  • Qualifying criminal background check and a valid driver's license are also required.
  • TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years after.
