**Responsibilities**

* Learn through on-the-job training to safely perform all aspects of arboriculture, including pruning, rigging, cabling, and removal of hazardous trees
* Properly maintain and operate equipment (hand tools, chainsaws, chippers, and aerial lifts)
* Implement work zone safety procedures
* Assist Arborist Climbers and Arborist Crew Leaders working on the ground and aloft
* Assist with driving, backing, dumping, and parking duties
