Assembly Operator Opportunity

Spherion Mid Ohio, in partnership with a well-established industry leader in the region, is seeking highly motivated and qualified assembly operators to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a respected and innovative local manufacturer that offers a comprehensive range of residential, commercial, and industrial door systems, customizable to meet various needs and aesthetics.

Available Shifts:

  • Monday-Thursday, 1st shift: 5:30am-4:00pm
  • Monday-Thursday, 2nd shift: 4:00pm-3:30am

Compensation:

  • 1st shift: $18.00/hour
  • 2nd shift: $19.00/hour

Work Environment:

The work environment is brightly lit, clean, organized, and team-oriented, with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assemble products to specifications according to blueprints, drawings, and work orders
  • Use of power and hand tools required
  • Use of tape measure required
  • Ability to meet production standards
  • Must be comfortable standing for a 10-hour shift
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. regularly; 30 lbs. frequently

Requirements:

  • 1-3 months of assembly-related experience
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
  • Frequent bending, pushing/pulling, reaching, and, periodically, lifting up to 50 pounds
