Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team as a Hospice Aide. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, assist with daily living activities, and support the patient's mental and emotional well-being. Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and light housekeeping
  • Support the patient's mental and emotional well-being through emotional support and activities of interest
  • Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner
  • Attend staff meetings and participate in quality improvement activities
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license
  • 6 months of patient care experience in hospice, home health, ICU, geriatric, or oncology
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
